Founded in Chicago in 2014 and licensed by the State of Illinois (License No. 117-001790), Nationwide Investigations delivers professional process serving to attorneys across Cook County, the greater Chicagoland area, and all 50 states. We built this firm on one principle: attorneys shouldn't have to chase their process server.
Who We Are
Kyle Clutter founded Nationwide Investigations in Chicago in 2014 with a straightforward premise: attorneys and legal professionals deserve a process server they can actually rely on. What began as a Chicago-focused operation has grown into a full-service legal support firm serving litigation firms and legal teams across Cook County, the state of Illinois, and nationwide.
We work closely with paralegals and legal staff who need a process server that communicates clearly, documents everything, and doesn't require hand-holding. Our team handles the complexity of multi-defendant cases, tight court deadlines, and difficult serves — so your staff can stay focused on the case, not on chasing down proof of service.
Serving Chicago's Legal Community
Nationwide Investigations operates out of Chicago's Loop, giving us direct familiarity with the courts and neighborhoods where our clients practice. The majority of our work is concentrated in Cook County — including the Richard J. Daley Center, the Leighton Criminal Court Building, and the Domestic Relations and Chancery divisions — where timing, local knowledge, and reliable follow-through directly impact case outcomes.
