  • How do I request court records from Cook County?

    Just send us the case name, case number if you have it, and the courthouse — we handle the rest. We pull records daily from the Daley Center, George N. Leighton Criminal Courthouse, and all six Cook County suburban districts. No need to send staff or wait in clerk's office lines. please note if you need the requeste documents certified

  • How long does document retrieval take?

    For Cook County courthouses we visit daily, most requests are fulfilled same day or next day. For suburban districts, state agencies like the Illinois Secretary of State, or downstate courts, turnaround is typically 1–3 business days. Rush retrieval is available — just flag it when you submit. Note if it is an older document it may have need to be ordered from the. archives. If that is the case it could be1 to 2 weeks before the documents come back to the clerks office.

  • Can you get certified copies?

    es. We retrieve certified copies directly from the clerk's office with the official court stamp — ready for filing, evidence, or client delivery. Just specify certified when submitting your request

  • Do you retrieve federal court records?

    Yes. We pull records from the Dirksen U.S. Courthouse for Northern District of Illinois cases, including bankruptcy records from the federal bankruptcy court at the same location.

  • Do you deliver courtesy copies to judges?

    Yes. We're familiar with Cook County judges' standing orders as well as the federal judges in the Northern DIstrict of Illinois and can prepare and deliver courtesy copies accordingly. Each judge has their own requirements for format, timing, and delivery — we know the differences and make sure your courtesy copies are prepared and delivered to spec so you're never caught off guard before a hearing.
