From the Daley Center to the Dirksen Courthouse, We Know Chicago Inside and Out
Types Of Service
Whatever Your Timeline, We've Got a Service to Match
Same-Day Service
Do you have a summons that needs to be served today? Not a problem — we've got you covered.
Whether you have a same-day filing at the Dirksen Federal Building in the Loop, a subpoena that needs to reach someone out by O'Hare Airport, an emergency hearing at the Daley Center on Washington Street, or a last-minute serve in a neighborhood like Pilsen, Bridgeport, or Avondale — Nationwide Investigations dispatches immediately. No runaround, no waiting until tomorrow.
Same-day service means we're on it within hours. We know Chicago's streets, we know the courthouses, and we know how to get it done before your deadline hits.
Call us before Noon for best same-day availability.

Rush Service
Do you have documents that need to be served right away, but same-day isn't quite necessary? Our rush service is exactly what you need.
Simply email us your legal documents and note Rush Service in the subject line. Our Illinois-licensed process servers will make an attempt within 24 hours — and you won't be left wondering. You'll receive a status update as soon as the attempt is made, whether it's a successful serve or a non-service report.
We cover all of Cook County and beyond — from the courthouses in the Loop like the Daley Center and the Dirksen Federal Building, to neighborhoods like Logan Square, Hyde Park, Humboldt Park, and Evanston to the north. If your respondent is near Midway Airport, out in Cicero, or deep in the Southwest Side, we know those streets and we get there.

Routine Service
When your case isn't on an emergency timeline, our routine service gets the job done right. Our trained, Illinois-licensed process servers are out in the field every single day — serving legal documents across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
For routine service, we'll make an attempt on your address within 72 hours. It doesn't matter if your summons needs to be served in the Gold Coast, Bridgeview, Beverly, or Berwyn — our servers know these neighborhoods and work them daily. From the North Shore suburbs like Skokie and Niles, down through the Southwest Side to Oak Lawn and Evergreen Park, we've got the coverage to get your documents where they need to go.

Can't locate the respondent at their address? No problem. Our servers are trained to handle difficult serves, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way with a full court-ready affidavit upon completion.
How It Works
Step 1:

Step 2:
Your legal documents will be assigned to a licensed Illinois process server. Depending on the service level they will begin attempting to serve the documents. You will receive email status updates with photos and server notes.
Step 3:
Once your documents are served you will be provided an affidavit to file with the court. In many courts including Cook County Court they require affidavits to be e-filed. We can assist.
